An explanatory-statement of proof to the innocence of Muhammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah's forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- that he was desiring the wife of Zaid son of Haritha

Allah the Most High said: {And when you said to him to whom Allah had shown favor and to whom you had shown a favor: Keep your wife to yourself and keep your duty to Allah; and you concealed in your heart what Allah would bring to light, and you feared people, and Allah has a greater right that you should fear Him. So when Zaid dissolved her marriage-tie, We gave her to you as a wife, so that there should be no difficulty for the believers about the wives of their adopted sons, when they have dissolved their marriage-tie. And Allah’s command is ever performed.(37)}Truthful Allah the Great 33:37
So what was that thing who the prophet -forgiveness of Allah and peace be upon him and his family - was hiding within himself? Is it his desire in the marriage of Zayd's waife? And is the saying of Allah the Most High {Strain not your eyes at what We have given certain classes of them to enjoy, and grieve not for them, and make yourself gentle to the believers.(88)} Truthful Allah the Great has a relation with this subject or not?
And peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to the Lord of the worlds.

In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon the seal of the prophets and messengers my grandfather Mohammad messenger of Allah and his righteous family, and all the believers in every time and place till judgement day, after this..

Surly the vision of the prophets is a command to them from their Lord and it is incumbent upon them to implement it and the example for that is the prophet of Allah Abraham forgiveness and peace be upon him while he was speaking to his son and said: {he said: O my son, I have seen in a dream that I am sacrificing you; so consider what you see. He said: O my father, do as you are commanded; if Allah please, you will find me patient.(102)} Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Safat] 37:102
{قَالَ يَا بُنَيَّ إِنِّي أَرَىٰ فِي الْمَنَامِ أَنِّي أَذْبَحُكَ فَانظُرْ مَاذَا تَرَىٰ ۚ قَالَ يَا أَبَتِ افْعَلْ مَا تُؤْمَرُ ۖ سَتَجِدُنِي إِن شَاءَ اللَّهُ مِنَ الصَّابِرِينَ (102)} صدق الله العظيم [الصافات].

We deduce from that is the vision of the prophets is a command to them from their Lord when they see that they are doing something then it is incumbent upon them doing it, and for that Abraham the prophet of Allah: {he said: O my son, I have seen in a dream that I am sacrificing you; so consider what you see. He said: O my father, do as you are commanded; if Allah please, you will find me patient.(102)} Truthful Allah the Great. Verily, look it is a command that's incumbent upon them to do it. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {He said: O my father, do as you are commanded; if Allah please, you will find me patient.(102)} Truthful Allah the Great
{قَالَ يَا بُنَيَّ إِنِّي أَرَىٰ فِي الْمَنَامِ أَنِّي أَذْبَحُكَ فَانظُرْ مَاذَا تَرَىٰ ۚ قَالَ يَا أَبَتِ افْعَلْ مَا تُؤْمَرُ ۖ سَتَجِدُنِي إِن شَاءَ اللَّهُ مِنَ الصَّابِرِينَ (102)}
{قَالَ يَا أَبَتِ افْعَلْ مَا تُؤْمَرُ ۖ سَتَجِدُنِي إِن شَاءَ اللَّهُ مِنَ الصَّابِرِينَ (102)} صدق الله العظيم.

In that there is great test from his Lord for that Allah testified to his prophet Abraham that it was a calamity test for him from his Lord. And Allah the Most High said: {and for that Allah And We called out to him saying, O Abraham,(104) You has indeed fulfilled the vision. Thus do We reward the doers of good.(105) Surely this is a manifest calamity test.(106) And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice.(107)} Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Sãffãt] 37:104-107
{وَنَادَيْنَاهُ أَنْ يَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ (104) قَدْ صَدَّقْتَ الرُّؤْيَا إِنَّا كَذَلِكَ نَجْزِي الْمُحْسِنِينَ (105) إِنَّ هَذَا لَهُوَ الْبَلَاء الْمُبِينُ (106) وَفَدَيْنَاهُ بِذِبْحٍ عَظِيمٍ (107)} صدق الله العظيم [الصافات].

As well Allah tested Mohammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah's forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- he had seen in his sleep that he married the wife of Zaid prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon him, so the prophet knew that if Zaid divorced her then it is incumbent on him to implement the command of his Lord in the true vision despite that the prophet forgiveness and peace of Allah be upon him concealed the vision within himself and did not revealed it to any one til Zaid son of Haritha came to the prophet and said to him that he will divorce Zainab, so here the prophet's heart tremble -prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon him- because if Zaid divorces her then there is no escape from implementing the command of his Lord then Mohammad messenger of Allah would have to marry Zainab the daughter of Jahsh, and he remembered what the people will say: How he marries the wife of a man whom he adopted! while people were calling him Zaid the son of Mohammad, and even if he was not his son he just adopted him, so is it we lack women then he did not find except her? Then the people would say: "It must be that the prophet was desiring her, and for that he married her after Zaid divorced her.

That is their forged words against the prophet from themselves with conjecture that does not avail a thing against the Truth, it is injustice and false slander, and the prophet knows that the people will definitely say this, and for that Mohammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah's forgiveness and peace be upon him- was wishing that Zaid does not divorce Zainab for lifetime, so whenever Zaid came saying to the prophet that he wants to divorce Zainab then the prophet was strongly opposing and strongly rejecting that Zaid divorce Zainab; in fact the prophet say to him: "Keep your duty to Allah, keep your duty to Allah O Zaid and do not do it." And Allah the Most High said: {And when you said to him to whom Allah had shown favor and to whom you had shown a favor: Keep your wife to yourself and keep your duty to Allah}. But the problem is not what the prophet said apparently, but the problem is with his commitment to the ratification of the True vision, therefore the prophet was saying to Zaid keep your duties to Allah and do not divorce her because the prophet knows that if Zaid divorces her then here there is no escape and nor excuse for him from implementing the commandment of Allah in the vision which he conceals it within himself, and for that Allah said to His prophet: {And when you said to him to whom Allah had shown favor and to whom you had shown a favor: Keep your wife to yourself and keep your duty to Allah; and you conceal in your heart what Allah would bring to light, and you feared people, and Allah has a greater right that you should fear Him. So when Zaid dissolved her marriage-tie, We had you marry her, so that there should be no difficulty for the believers about the wives of their adopted sons, when they have dissolved their marriage-tie. And Allah’s command is ever performed.(37)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ahzab] 33:37
{وَإِذْ تَقُولُ لِلَّذِي أَنْعَمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَأَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِ أَمْسِكْ عَلَيْكَ زَوْجَكَ وَاتَّقِ اللَّهَ}
{وَإِذْ تَقُولُ لِلَّذِي أَنْعَمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَأَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِ أَمْسِكْ عَلَيْكَ زَوْجَكَ وَاتَّقِ اللَّهَ وَتُخْفِي فِي نَفْسِكَ مَا اللَّهُ مُبْدِيهِ وَتَخْشَى النَّاسَ وَاللَّهُ أَحَقُّ أَن تَخْشَاهُ فَلَمَّا قَضَى زَيْدٌ مِّنْهَا وَطَراً زَوَّجْنَاكَهَا لِكَيْ لَا يَكُونَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ حَرَجٌ فِي أَزْوَاجِ أَدْعِيَائِهِمْ إِذَا قَضَوْا مِنْهُنَّ وَطَراً وَكَانَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ مَفْعُولاً﴿37﴾} صدق الله العظيم [الأحزاب].

Until when Zaid divorced her, the prophet proceeded to propose to her in implementation to the commandment of his Lord in the true vision, and he has knew that it is a vision where in it a test for him from his Lord as Allah tested Abraham forgiveness and peace be upon him by sacrificing his son and Abraham forgiveness and peace be upon him implemented what came in the vision test, and Mohammad the messenger of Allah -prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon him- implemented what came in his vision of test, and after he married Zainab after the implementation of the vision of test then Allah revealed a mention in her marriage in the decisive grand Quran and protecting the prophet's honor till the day of judgement and manifesting in it the wisdom of making Mohammad the messenger of Allah - prayer of Allah's forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- to marry Zainab the divorcee of Zaid son of Haritha. And Allah the Most High said: {So when Zaid dissolved her marriage-tie, We had you marry her, so that there should be no difficulty for the believers about the wives of their adopted sons, when they have dissolved their marriage-tie. And Allah’s command is ever performed.(37)}Truthful Allah the Great 33:37
{فَلَمَّا قَضَى زَيْدٌ مِّنْهَا وَطَراً زَوَّجْنَاكَهَا لِكَيْ لَا يَكُونَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ حَرَجٌ فِي أَزْوَاجِ أَدْعِيَائِهِمْ إِذَا قَضَوْا مِنْهُنَّ وَطَراً وَكَانَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ مَفْعُولاً﴿37﴾} صدق الله العظيم [الأحزاب].

And peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds.

And as for the True explanatory-statement for the word of Allah the most High: {Strain not your eyes at what We have given certain classes of them to enjoy, and grieve not for them, and make yourself gentle to the believers.} Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Hijr] 15:88. Only he meant in His word: (Azwajan of them) = {sorts of them} which means types of them and does not mean looking at their wives; but He means that it should not pleases him the wealth and offspring which Allah provided it to sorts of disbelievers. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {Let not then their wealth nor their children excite your admiration. Allah only wishes to chastise them therewith in this world’s life and (that) their souls may depart while they are disbelievers.} Truthful Allah the Great 9:55
{لاَ تَمُدَّنَّ عَيْنَيْكَ إِلَى مَا مَتَّعْنَا بِهِ أَزْوَاجاً مِّنْهُمْ وَلاَ تَحْزَنْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَاخْفِضْ جَنَاحَكَ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ﴿88﴾} صدق الله العظيم [الحجر].
{أَزْوَاجاً مِّنْهُمْ}
{فَلَا تُعْجِبْكَ أَمْوَالُهُمْ وَلَا أَوْلَادُهُمْ ۚ إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ لِيُعَذِّبَهُم بِهَا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَتَزْهَقَ أَنفُسُهُمْ وَهُمْ كَافِرُونَ} صدق الله العظيم [التوبة:55]

The True explanatory-statement has ended, verily it is incumbent upon us to not say of Allah except the Truth, and peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds

More from the authority of knowledge from the decisive grand Quran about the innocence of Muhammad that he was desiring Zainab while she is still being a wife of Zaid son of Haritha


In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, and forgiveness and peace be upon all the prophets and messengers and their righteous families, and all the believers till the Day of Judgement, after this..

O Abdu Allah Alhosaini the respectable and the honorable, and we declared with the Truth because we knew the ways of revelation to the prophet and of it is the vision during sleep a commandment from Allah to the prophets is an enforceable obligation and they have no choice in the vision. Didn't you see that the prophet forgiveness and peace be upon him when he should visit the sacred mosque he knew then that it is a commandment from Allah to him? Therefore he tightly packed his trip to visit the sacred mosque, and as that his companions left with their prophet intending to visit the sacred mosque, and for that Allah made the delay of the ratification of this vision a testing for the people.

Also the vision of the prophet forgiveness and peace be upon him to marry Zainab, and the prophet implemented the vision with the Truth so he married Zainab forgiveness and peace be upon them, then it was revealed a mention in their marriage to exonerate the prophet forgiveness and peace be upon him of what whispers in the people's chest, and Allah clarify that matter from Him in the True vision. For that Allah the Most High said: {and you fear the people, and Allah has a greater right that you should fear Him.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ahzab] 33:37
{وَتَخْشَى النَّاسَ وَاللَّـهُ أَحَقُّ أَن تَخْشَاهُ} [الأحزاب:37]

Then Allah showed the wisdom right after the implementation of the vision that it was the command from Allah that there is a right for the prophets in the divorcees of their adoptive ones but there is no right for the believers to marry the divorcees of their prophets because they are their mothers. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {he Prophet is closer to the faithful than their own selves, and his wives are their mothers} Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ahzab] 33:6
{النَّبِيُّ أَوْلَىٰ بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ مِنْ أَنفُسِهِمْ ۖ وَأَزْوَاجُهُ أُمَّهَاتُهُمْ} صدق الله العظيم [الأحزاب:6].

And Allah the Most high said: {And when you ask of them any goods, ask of them from behind a curtain. This is purer for your hearts and their hearts. And it was not for you to harm to the messenger of Allah, nor to marry his wives after him ever. Surely this is grievous in the sight of Allah.(53) If you do a thing openly or do it in secret, then surely Allah is ever Knowledgeable of all things.(54)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ahzab] 33:53-54
{وَإِذَا سَأَلْتُمُوهُنَّ مَتَاعًا فَاسْأَلُوهُنَّ مِن وَرَاءِ حِجَابٍ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ أَطْهَرُ لِقُلُوبِكُمْ وَقُلُوبِهِنَّ ۚ وَمَا كَانَ لَكُمْ أَن تُؤْذُوا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَلَا أَن تَنكِحُوا أَزْوَاجَهُ مِن بَعْدِهِ أَبَدًا ۚ إِنَّ ذَٰلِكُمْ كَانَ عِندَ اللَّهِ عَظِيمًا (53) إِن تُبْدُوا شَيْئًا أَوْ تُخْفُوهُ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمًا (54)} صدق الله العظيم [الأحزاب].

Also we increase to you the knowledge with the Truth of other divine wisdom from the marriage of Mohammad the messenger of Allah -forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- with Zainab the daughter of Jahsh, her father was from the chiefs of Bani Makhzoom and Mohammad the messenger of Allah -forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- just saw the vision that he is asking the engagement of Zaid to Zainab the daughter of Jahsh, then the prophet forgiveness and peace be upon him sent a messenger to Jahsh on of the sheikhs of Bani Makhzoom to get the permission that he will come forward to get engagement of his daughter to Zaid the son of Haritha, but Jahsh Al-Makhzoomi wanted along his wife to refuse the request of the messenger of Allah -forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- in any case, the Makhzoomi said to the messenger of the prophet: " If the messenger of Allah -forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- engaged her for himself it would be welcomed and that what we wish, but that he engage her to Zaid and he is from the servants and the slaves then sorry she is the daughter of a sheikh and my people of Bani Makhzoom would be angry at me." His wife agreed with him the opinion that if the prophet engaged her for himself it would have been what they wish, but to engage her for Zaid then its not, til the messenger of the prophet was about to leave Zainab shouted at the face of her father and mother from behind a veil then said: "Far, far do you want to turn-back the messenger of the messenger of Allah? By Allah Who there is no god other than Him I will never marry except Zaid in honor to the request of His prophet. And Allah is to seek help from. Oh so and so say to the prophet forgiveness and peace be upon him that Zainab the daughter of Jahsh had agreed to the request of who forgiveness and peace be upon him." So the messenger of the messenger of Allah looked at the face of her father and mother as they were still refusing till they listened to the oath of their daughter, she had a strong personality with a crucial decision and they know her decision and the strength of her character that she will not marry, but Zaid, though despite that they continued into insistence and the refusal unless the prophet engage her to himself, and far, far from. When the messenger came to the prophet with the response of the parents and the response of Zainab just then the messenger of Allah Gabriel descended to His messenger forgiveness and peace be upon him with the His word the Most High: {And it was not for a believing man or a believing woman, when Allah and His Messenger have decided an affair, to exercise a choice in their matter. And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger, he surely strays off to manifest error.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ahzab] 33:36
{وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ وَلَا مُؤْمِنَةٍ إِذَا قَضَى اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَمْرًا أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِمْ وَمَنْ يَعْصِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلَالًا مُبِينًا ْ} صدق الله العظيم [الأحزاب:36].

Then the messenger return and he was carrying this Quranic verse a message from Allah: {And it was not for a believing man or a believing woman, when Allah and His Messenger have decided an affair, to exercise a choice in their matter. And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger, he surely strays off to manifest error.}Truthful Allah the Great
Here the father and the mother were convinced deep in their hearts and praised Allah for the decision of their daughter so they would not be of whom disobeyed their Lord and His messenger, and after the marriage came the other vision is that the prophet to marry her after Zaid son of Haritha divorces her, and the verses are connected, and Allah the Most High said:
{And it was not for a believing man or a believing woman, when Allah and His Messenger have decided an affair, to exercise a choice in their matter. And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger, he surely strays off to manifest error.(36) And when you said to him to whom Allah had shown favor and to whom you had shown a favor: Keep your wife to yourself and keep your duty to Allah; and you conceal in your heart what Allah would bring to light, and you fear people, and Allah has a greater right that you should fear Him. So when Zaid dissolved her marriage-tie, We gave her to you as a wife, so that there should be no difficulty for the believers about the wives of their adopted sons, when they have dissolved their marriage-tie. And Allah’s command is ever performed(37) There is no harm for the Prophet in that which Allah has ordained for him. Such has been the way of Allah with those who have gone before. And the command of Allah is a decree that is made absolute(38) Those who deliver the messages of Allah and fear Him, and fear none but Allah. And Allah is Sufficient to take account.(39) Muhammad is not the father of any of your men, but he is the Messenger of Allah and the Seal of the prophets. And Allah is ever Knowing of all things.(40) O you who believe, remember Allah with much remembrance,(41) And glorify Him morning and evening.(42) He it is Who forgives you, and His angels (ask forgiveness for you), that He may bring you forth out of darkness into light. And He is ever Merciful to the believers.(43)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ahzab] 33:36-43
{وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ وَلَا مُؤْمِنَةٍ إِذَا قَضَى اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَمْرًا أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِمْ وَمَنْ يَعْصِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلَالًا مُبِينًا}
{وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ وَلَا مُؤْمِنَةٍ إِذَا قَضَى اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَمْرًا أَن يَكُونَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِمْ ۗ وَمَن يَعْصِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلَالًا مُّبِينًا (36) وَإِذْ تَقُولُ لِلَّذِي أَنْعَمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَأَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِ أَمْسِكْ عَلَيْكَ زَوْجَكَ وَاتَّقِ اللَّهَ وَتُخْفِي فِي نَفْسِكَ مَا اللَّهُ مُبْدِيهِ وَتَخْشَى النَّاسَ وَاللَّهُ أَحَقُّ أَن تَخْشَاهُ ۖ فَلَمَّا قَضَىٰ زَيْدٌ مِّنْهَا وَطَرًا زَوَّجْنَاكَهَا لِكَيْ لَا يَكُونَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ حَرَجٌ فِي أَزْوَاجِ أَدْعِيَائِهِمْ إِذَا قَضَوْا مِنْهُنَّ وَطَرًا ۚ وَكَانَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ مَفْعُولًا (37) مَّا كَانَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ مِنْ حَرَجٍ فِيمَا فَرَضَ اللَّهُ لَهُ ۖ سُنَّةَ اللَّهِ فِي الَّذِينَ خَلَوْا مِن قَبْلُ ۚ وَكَانَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ قَدَرًا مَّقْدُورًا (38) الَّذِينَ يُبَلِّغُونَ رِسَالَاتِ اللَّهِ وَيَخْشَوْنَهُ وَلَا يَخْشَوْنَ أَحَدًا إِلَّا اللَّهَ ۗ وَكَفَىٰ بِاللَّهِ حَسِيبًا (39) مَّا كَانَ مُحَمَّدٌ أَبَا أَحَدٍ مِّن رِّجَالِكُمْ وَلَٰكِن رَّسُولَ اللَّهِ وَخَاتَمَ النَّبِيِّينَ ۗ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمًا (40) يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ ذِكْرًا كَثِيرًا (41) وَسَبِّحُوهُ بُكْرَةً وَأَصِيلًا (42) هُوَ الَّذِي يُصَلِّي عَلَيْكُمْ وَمَلَائِكَتُهُ لِيُخْرِجَكُم مِّنَ الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ ۚ وَكَانَ بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ رَحِيمًا (43)}
صدق الله العظيم [الأحزاب].

We add knowledge to you that the divine wisdom also is from that Allah made Zainab get married to His prophet for she accepted upon the marriage to a servant slave desiring closeness to her Lord because His prophet engaged her to Zaid, even if he was a slave, and for that the good reward came to her from Allah and raise her place and made her get married to His prophet forgiveness and peace be upon him. Indeed that Zainab is the most honorable of hte prophet's wives in the Book after Khadija the daughter of Khowaylid Forgiveness of Allah upon Mohammad and his wives altogether and the family of his house the pure righteous.

And peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds.

It is not permissible to call the adopted ones (whom been claim) by the name of those who adopted them; that is forbidden in Allah's Book for you may desist

In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, forgiveness and peace be upon the seal of the prophets and messengers Mohammad the messenger of Allah a mercy to the worlds and upon all the believers in their Lord do not associate with Him a thing in every time and place till the Day of Judgement, after this..

O you who yearn to meet the Imam Mahdi my beloved in the way of Allah (I yearn to you), and your question is astonishing from you, your saying as follows:

Then the Imam Mahdi replies to you and I say: But my beloved in Allah's love, you know the word of Allah the Most High: {Forbidden to you are your mothers, and your daughters, and your sisters, and your paternal aunts, and your maternal aunts, and brother’s daughters and sister’s daughters, and your mothers that have suckled you, and your foster-sisters, and mothers of your wives, and your stepdaughters who are in your guardianship (born) of your wives to whom you have gone in — but if you have not gone in to them, there is no blame on you — and the wives of your sons who are of your own loins; and that you should have two sisters together, except what has already passed. Surely Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful,}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nisa] 4:23
{حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْكُمْ أُمَّهَاتُكُمْ وَبَنَاتُكُمْ وَأَخَوَاتُكُمْ وَعَمَّاتُكُمْ وَخَالَاتُكُمْ وَبَنَاتُ الْأَخِ وَبَنَاتُ الْأُخْتِ وَأُمَّهَاتُكُمُ اللَّاتِي أَرْضَعْنَكُمْ وَأَخَوَاتُكُمْ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ وَأُمَّهَاتُ نِسَائِكُمْ وَرَبَائِبُكُمُ اللَّاتِي فِي حُجُورِكُمْ مِنْ نِسَائِكُمُ اللَّاتِي دَخَلْتُمْ بِهِنَّ فَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُونُوا دَخَلْتُمْ بِهِنَّ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَحَلَائِلُ أَبْنَائِكُمُ الَّذِينَ مِنْ أَصْلَابِكُمْ وَأَنْ تَجْمَعُوا بَيْنَ الْأُخْتَيْنِ إِلَّا مَا قَدْ سَلَفَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ غَفُوراً رَحِيماً} صدق الله العظيم [النساء:23].

Do you know O joy of my I eye Why Allah the Most High said: {and the wives of your sons who are of your own loins}Truthful Allah the Great; and identified {who are of your own loins}? That because they are own children and not claimed to be (adoptive children), because He made lawful to the adopter to marry the divorced wife of whom is named to him because he is not his son of his loin, and for that Allah made lawful the marriage from the claimed ones (adopted) as did Mohammad the messenger of Allah -forgiveness and peace be upon him- because Zaid is from the claimed (adopted) and not his son from his loin, and for that there is no blame upon the prophet to marry with the divorcee of who was called to him because he is not his son, and if it was the son from his loin then that is forbidden upon the fathers to marry the divorced wife of: {who are of your own loins}. And the claimed (adopted) they are not their children. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {nor has He made those whom you assert (to be your sons) your sons. These are the words of your mouths. And Allah speaks the truth and He shows the way.(4) Call them by (the names of) their fathers; this is more equitable with Allah; but if you know not their fathers, then they are your brethren in faith and your friends.(5)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ahzab] 33:4-5
{وَحَلَائِلُ أَبْنَائِكُمُ الَّذِينَ مِنْ أَصْلَابِكُمْ}
{الَّذِينَ مِنْ أَصْلَابِكُمْ}
{وَمَا جَعَلَ أَدْعِيَاءَكُمْ أَبْنَاءَكُمْ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ قَوْلُكُم بِأَفْوَاهِكُمْ ۖ وَاللَّهُ يَقُولُ الْحَقَّ وَهُوَ يَهْدِي السَّبِيلَ (4) ادْعُوهُمْ لِآبَائِهِمْ هُوَ أَقْسَطُ عِندَ اللَّهِ ۚ فَإِن لَّمْ تَعْلَمُوا آبَاءَهُمْ فَإِخْوَانُكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَمَوَالِيكُمْ} صدق الله العظيم [الأحزاب:4-5].

Surly the claimed (adopted) other than the children and whom are being called (named) to whom adopted them and they are not their fathers, and despite that Allah forbid them to call them by who adopted them but always the hypocrites were calling the son of Haritha (Zaid the son of Mohammad), even after the messenger married Zainab the divorced of Zaid so the prophet did not rebuke them off that and kept quite off them, but their calling (Zaid the son of Mohammad) even after the messenger married Zainab, the hypocrites were still saying (Zaid the son of Mohammad) this calling of theirs just angered Allah. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {O Prophet, keep your duty to Allah and obey not the disbelievers and the hypocrites. Surely Allah is ever Knowing, Wise(1) And follow that which is revealed to you from your Lord. Surely Allah is ever Aware of what you do(2) And trust in Allah. And Allah is enough as having charge (of affairs).(3) Allah has not made for any man two hearts within him; nor has He made your wives whom you desert by claiming them your mothers, nor has He made those whom you assert (to be your sons) your sons. These are the words of your mouths. And Allah speaks the truth and He shows the way.(4) Call them by (the names of) their fathers; this is more equitable with Allah; but if you know not their fathers, then they are your brethren in faith and your friends. And there is no blame on you in that wherein you make a mistake, but (you are answerable for) that which your hearts purpose. {يَا أَيُّهَا النّبيّ اتَّقِ اللَّهَ وَلَا تُطِعِ الْكَافِرِينَ وَالْمُنَافِقِينَ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا (1) وَاتَّبِعْ مَا يُوحَىٰ إِلَيْكَ مِن رَّبِّكَ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرًا (2) وَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ ۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِاللَّهِ وَكِيلًا (3) مَّا جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لِرَجُلٍ مِّن قَلْبَيْنِ فِي جَوْفِهِ ۚ وَمَا جَعَلَ أَزْوَاجَكُمُ اللَّائِي تُظَاهِرُونَ مِنْهُنَّ أُمَّهَاتِكُمْ ۚ وَمَا جَعَلَ أَدْعِيَاءَكُمْ أَبْنَاءَكُمْ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ قَوْلُكُم بِأَفْوَاهِكُمْ ۖ وَاللَّهُ يَقُولُ الْحَقَّ وَهُوَ يَهْدِي السَّبِيلَ (4) ادْعُوهُمْ لِآبَائِهِمْ هُوَ أَقْسَطُ عِندَ اللَّهِ ۚ فَإِن لَّمْ تَعْلَمُوا آبَاءَهُمْ فَإِخْوَانُكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَمَوَالِيكُمْ ۚ وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ فِيمَا أَخْطَأْتُم بِهِ وَلَٰكِن مَّا تَعَمَّدَتْ قُلُوبُكُمْ ۚ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا (5)} صدق الله العظيم [الأحزاب].

But some of the believers' tongue got used to call (Zaid the son of Mohammad) except he would back off and ask forgiveness for Allah and say: " rather O Zaid the son of Haritha". and for that Allah the Most High said: {And there is no blame on you in that wherein you make a mistake, but (you are answerable for) that which your hearts purpose. And Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful.(5)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ahzab] 33:5
{وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمْ جُنَاحٌ فِيمَا أَخْطَأْتُم بِهِ وَلَٰكِن مَّا تَعَمَّدَتْ قُلُوبُكُمْ ۚ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا (5)} صدق الله العظيم [الأحزاب]

After the revelation of this verse the people stopped for calling (Zaid the son of Mohammad) and they called him to his true father (Zaid the son of Haritha) in implementation to the command of Allah the Most High: {Call them by (the names of) their fathers}Truthful Allah the Great
{ادْعُوهُمْ لِآبَائِهِمْ هُوَ أَقْسَطُ عِندَ اللَّهِ} صدق الله العظيم

But unfortunately, some believers today find a kid in (carton box) then he raises him; On that there is a great reward, but the error is that he attributes him to him, so he enters within his descendants and mixed lineages, and it is forbidden in the book of Allah. But many of the faithful do not know, and others do not care about it from the owners of short outlook because fact that the story who is called him will lead to the disintegration of the truth with the centuries gradually the reality of the adoption disappears altogether and it becomes a lineage from within the offspring, it is not pleasing to Allah mixing of lineages for a great wisdom, but most people do not know.

And peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds.

..The found child to whom he should be called after? And the answer: The found one is called after his father (Abd Allah) Servant of Allah

In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon Mohammad messenger of Allah and upon all the believers before him and all believers altogether in every time and place till judgement day, after this..

The answer with Truth, if whoever found a child in a box or on a public curb or in any place than he raised him for the sake of Allah, so you should make his father's name (Abd Allah) that if you do not know their fathers as well they do not know their fathers. As like, the example of (abandoned child) you found him in a card box and you raised him, and for example you named him (Salih) then you make his unknown father's name (Abd Allah) and so on... so you say (Salih son of Abd Allah) or (Amer son of Abd Allah) or (Amer Abd Allah) or (Nasser Abd Allah), that would the correct name. But to invent his father's name from your own selves that is wrong, so it is not correct to name him (Salih Mohammad) neither (Amer Mohammad) nor (Nasser Hasan); in fact it is necessary to be his father's name from names of the worshiped attributes because his father is the servant of Allah, so if one of you found a child in a box and raised him and named him (Saif Abd Allah) or a girl and named her (Maha Abd Allah) then he named them with Truth for the father is the servant of Allah which means the father must be a servant of Allah's servants, so did you understand the news O community of believers?

And peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds.

..An explanatory-statement from the decisive Quran for the fact of the wayfarer, and his rights in Muslims' house of wealth, and to prove his civil identity


In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, forgiveness and peace be upon the whole prophets and messenger of Allah and their righteous families and , forgiveness and peace be upon the wayfarer and all the believers till the day of judgement..

Indeed that the wayfarer is the child who you find him in a box by the side of the road and his father is unknown; that is the wayfarer and he is the nursing infant who you found him, and for him is a pension that Allah sanctioned it from the charity and made him one of the eight categories, and supported his identity because He commanded the ruler of the country in the recognition of the wayfarers' rights, and Allah commanded the ruler to sanction the right of wayfarer from the Muslims' house of wealth and their livelihood expenses is from Muslims' house of wealth, and for that He made them one of the eight charity expenditures and among them is the wayfarer.
Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {(Zakat) charity is only for the poor and the needy, and those employed to administer it, and those whose hearts are made to incline (to truth), and (to free) the captives, and those in debt, and in the way of Allah and for the wayfarer — an ordinance from Allah. And Allah is Knowing, Wise.} Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Tawba] 9:60
{إِنَّمَا الصَّدَقَاتُ لِلْفُقَرَاء وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَالْعَامِلِينَ عَلَيْهَا وَالْمُؤَلَّفَةِ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَفِي الرِّقَابِ وَالْغَارِمِينَ وَفِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ وَابن السبيل فَرِيضَةً مِّنَ اللّهِ وَاللّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ} صدق الله العظيم [التوبة:60].

Also Allah made for the wayfarer a share in the one fifth of the spoils. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And know that whatever you acquire in war, a fifth of it is for Allah and for the Messenger and for the near of kin and the orphans and the needy and the wayfarer, if you believe in Allah and in that which We revealed to Our servant, on the day of Discrimination, the day on which the two parties met. And Allah is Possessor of power over all things.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Anfal] 8:41
{وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُم مِّن شَيْءٍ فَأَنَّ لِلّهِ خُمُسَهُ وَلِلرَّسُولِ وَلِذِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَابن السبيل إِن كُنتُمْ آمَنتُمْ بِاللّهِ وَمَا أَنزَلْنَا عَلَى عَبْدِنَا يَوْمَ الْفُرْقَانِ يَوْمَ الْتَقَى الْجَمْعَانِ وَاللّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ} صدق الله العظيم [الأنفال:41].

Also Allah made for the wayfarer a share of the voluntary spending . Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {They ask you as to what they should spend. Say: Whatever wealth you spend, it is for the parents and the near of kin and the orphans and the needy and the wayfarer. And whatever good you do, Allah surely is All Knowing of it.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqara] 2:215
{يَسْأَلُونَكَ مَاذَا يُنفِقُونَ قُلْ مَا أَنفَقْتُم مِّنْ خَيْرٍ فَلِلْوَالِدَيْنِ وَالأَقْرَبِينَ وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَابن السبيل وَمَا تَفْعَلُواْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَإِنَّ اللّهَ بِهِ عَلِيمٌ} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:215].

Also Allah enjoined you with kindly good treatment to the wayfarer. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And worship Allah, and do not associate with Him a thing, and be good to the parents and to the near of kin and the orphans and the needy and the neighbor of (your) kin and the alien neighbor, and the companion in a journey and the wayfarer and those whom your right hands possess. Surely Allah loves not such as are proud, boastful}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nisa] 4:36
{وَاعْبُدُواْ اللّهَ وَلاَ تُشْرِكُواْ بِهِ شَيْئاً وَبِالْوَالِدَيْنِ إِحْسَاناً وَبِذِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَالْجَارِ ذِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْجَارِ الْجُنُبِ وَالصَّاحِبِ بِالجَنبِ وَابن السبيل وَمَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يُحِبُّ مَن كَانَ مُخْتَالاً فَخُوراً} صدق الله العظيم [النساء:36].

Allah made for the wayfarer a right into your wealth so you give him for Allah’s pleasure as an offering to get close to your Lord. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {So give to the near of relative his due, and to the needy and the wayfarer. This is best for those who desire Allah’s pleasure, and these it is who are successful.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Roum] 30:38
{فَآتِ ذَا الْقُرْبَى حَقَّهُ وَالْمِسْكِينَ وَابن السبيل ذَلِكَ خَيْرٌ لِّلَّذِينَ يُرِيدُونَ وَجْهَ اللَّهِ وَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ} صدق الله العظيم [الروم:38].

And Allah made the wayfarers your brethren in the religion of Allah. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {but if you do not know their fathers, then they are your brethren in faith and your friends.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ahzab] 33:5
{فَإِن لَّمْ تَعْلَمُوا آبَاءهُمْ فَإِخْوَانُكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَمَوَالِيكُمْ} صدق الله العظيم [الأحزاب:5].

It is not right to deny his national identity which Allah commanded the ruler to pay the share of the wayfarer from the imposed charity as well his identity (Ahmad Abd Allah) or (Nasser Abd Allah) or (Amer Abd Allah) or any name you chose for him except his father's name you have no choice, and you can not deny that his father is really a servant of Allah so it would be documented in his civil identification card and should not deny him his right so his affair is as like any believer.

And peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds.
